Shannon Pate, President
of ASP Homebuilding, Inc. has been building new homes in
the Greater Birmingham area since 1996. The Pate family
has been building in the area since 1972. As a second
generation home builder, Shannon learned the building
business at his father's side. Today the 2 men work
together developing raw land into new home communities
where families can thrive!

I spend a
great deal of time with each client and take
pride in building the house their way. Many
are first time homebuyers who look to me to
walk them through the home building process.
I help them pick a plan that suits their
needs and find a lot that is suitable for
that plan. I help them choose their brick
color, roofing color, front door style, paint
colors, appliances, cabinet design, flooring,
etc … EVERYTHING. And I’m always
there. Meeting with the decorator? I’m
there. Picking out light fixtures? I’m
there. Need help understanding the mortgage?
