website is designed to introduce you to my company, Shows Construction,
Inc. We are a custom home building company serving the greater
Pensacola area. My name is Luke Shows and I own and operate Shows
Construction.
As a custom builder we primarily build on our client’s property and from their plans. We can assist you in the plan design process by referring you to a local designer and working with the designer and client to develop the best home design possible. We build all types of homes to include piling and Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction.
My team of
employees, subcontractors and suppliers strive to provide the highest
level of construction quality and professional customer service.
We are committed to protecting our sensitive environment and natural resources. We utilize recycled products and engineered lumber as quality and price allow. We work with our clients to leave the site as wooded as possible and we protect bodies of water from construction debris. We are also well known for the cleanliness of our jobsites. We take pride in doing things right!

have earned the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designated from the
National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and am a licensed builder in both Florida and Alabama. I have been a licensed building
contractor since 1998.
