as well as a new home community, Hazel Hill, in Jefferson, which features
lots with beautiful views. You may be very happy with one of
these home sites, but if you already have a home site or want to
look around, we're happy to help you find your ideal place to call
home in Salem, Albany or Corvallis, Oregon.
Your Plan or Ours
You may have a plan of the home you want to build--
or an idea in mind of your perfect home. We'll be happy to work with
your ideas. Otherwise, you'll find 1000s of plans available to you one
of which one will certainly be just right. Let's get busy and see what
we come up with. It's a lot of fun and we look forward to making the
